THE WORST representation we have ever experienced! We used Eveler & DeArment for our child custody lawyer. We took the father of our daughter to court for being in contempt of court. We were simply perusing a fair 50/50 arrangement. It took us some time to save up the $10k we spent on our lawyer fees.... She milked every hour of time she could out of simple tasks, such as "reading emails" or "looking at pictures." When we finally went to court, not a single one of our concerns about the father were addressed. On the stand, she asked nothing but mindless open-ended questions that had nothing to do with the case, such as "Describe the child." We LOST the case, and the father's attorney's biggest argument was that "we waited so long to do anything about it!" On top of that, we received another $345 bill in the mail after the fact because my wife asked 3 simple questions for clarification about the final court order!
