Attorney Thomas E. Miller is a native of Littlestown, PA. He graduated from Littlestown High School in 1979 and received a B.A. degree cum laude in Political Science with minors in German and History at the University of Hartford in West Hartford, CT. After college he attended the Dickinson School of Law of the Pennsylvania State University, where he received his Juris Doctor in 1988. Tom as been practicing law in the Hanover area for over 28 years. He is a past president of the Littlestown Area YMCA and sat on the Board of Directors for the Hanover and Littlestown YMCA. He has served in the past as attorney-advisor to the Delone Catholic and Littlestown High Schools.
