I represent a former owner of a commercial warehouse facility against his former tenant for unpaid rentals. The interesting aspect of the case is that the tenant of this build-to-suit property never p ... aid his rent as required by contract, causing the client to default on his mortgage obligation. The tenant then purchased the property out of foreclosure, circumventing the property owner.
