Frustrating and unprofessional
Lack of communication.. made a difficult situation even more difficult. I feel like I hounded her about everything. It was not a graceful process especially towards the end of our working relationship

Easy, Quick, and percise
Nora has been such a huge help in my situation and has acted professionally and quickly. Everything we have discussed and the direction she has led me has been great, I couldn't recommend her more.
