My husband was charged with aggravated assault, in addition to several other charges. I'm not totally sure how the point system works for refels and state parole, but I know that my husband has the highest points and could have done major time for that reason alone, had he been convicted on all his original charges. The price was much cheaper than other attorneys, any they didn't even have the same reputation.
