My husband was charged with aggravated assault, in addition to several other charges. Attorney Cohen was completely honest with me about what the outcome could be, what my husband was facing, and the amount it would cost throughout the entire court process. He responded to every phone call, at tim...es I felt that I was bothering him, but he made it clear that it wasn't a bother, and he was happy to answer any question. He responded in a timely matter, and was much more respectful than I ever expected from an attorney. He knew what he was talking about, and the outcome ended up being much better than he let me think it would be. I appreciated the fact that he didn't make promises, except to do the best he could possibly do. He was in constant contact with my husband and I , and always kept us informed on the progress that was being made, and at some times, the lack of progress. He was aggressive, but not arrogant, which I think was a major factor in his ability to get a favorable outcome. The outcome was that he got all the charges thrown out. Felonies, M1s, and M2s were the initial charges, The final charge was a single M3!!! We are so please with his work. He got my husband down from facing what I believe was 7 and a half to 15 years, to 12 months probation. I'm not totally sure how the point system works for refels and state parole, but I know that my husband has the highest points and could have done major time for that reason alone, had he been convicted on all his original charges. I would not only recommend Attorney Cohen to anyone seeking counsel, but I would definitely use him again, should he need an attorney in the future. PS... The price was much cheaper than other attorneys, any they didn't even have the same reputation.
