I have been practicing juvenile law for 8 years. Although juveniles know the difference from right and wrong, they still deserve special attention, care and sensitivity with their cases.

I have been a practicing attorney for 19 years with experience in many areas of the law, but primarily in family law, criminal law, juvenile representation, estate planning and probate, contracts, small civil suits, and personal injury. I love being a lawyer and helping my clients in any way that I can. Now, owning my own law firm, I get to do that on a much bigger scale than when it was just myself. My office is a team and we work together.

Far exceeded expectations

Atty Kelli Statt should be the standard for all family law lawyers. She is responsive, extremely knowledgeable, and always prioritizes the best interest of children before anything else. It's nice to know she is out there helping people. Definitely not your "typical lawyer" style. Very personable and caring.

Wonderful Attorney for Traffic Citation

Kelli calmed my nerves about getting my first speeding ticket. She was able to answer all of my questions and took care of speaking to the officer on my behalf. She is a wonderful attorney and I would definitely hire her again if needed!

Truly an expert in her field

I was recently represented by Kelli in my divorce proceedings. She helped me tremendously throughout the entire process. Any questions I had were answered very quickly. I would most definitely recommend her.

Very professional and knowledgeable

Mrs. Brownewell-Statt handled a few legal issues for me including divorce and financial. She was very courteous and genuinely interested in helping me. Kelli is very knowledgeable and dependable. I highly recommend her and will certainly use her for any future needs.

Good job done.

I have had Kelli take care of many different things for me in my life, that I have needed legal representation. I am pleased to say she has done a good job. I have had child custody issues, finiancial issues along with some other things. Kelli does a well job. I would reccomend her to anyone.

Mothers advocate even when opposing counsel

Kelli was a poor excuse for an attorney. She advocates for the mother in custody cases even when the mother is opposing counsel. She did little to help and provided no advice throughout the entire process even when it was clear that the children were an inconvenience to the mother. She clearly had no interest or intent to advocate for the father and didn’t care what was best for the children. No matter what information the father provided or options were put on the table, Kelli always agreed with the mother, no matter how unreasonable. She also responded to emails with flagrant disregard for the children. What a waste of time and money. 0/10 recommend unless of course you’re the mother.
