I am a Mediator/Arbitrator with Optimal Dispute Resolutions with a unique focus on resolving family law and other civil matters. I have served for more than 28 years as a judge for the Dauphin County Court of Common Pleas where she authored more than 1,000 opinions and handled jury and nonjury trials in criminal, juvenile, civil (business disputes, real estate, contract disputes, malpractice) and other complex litigation issues as well as orphans court. I am well known throughout the Commonwealth for my expertise in divorce, custody and support matters. I take a holistic approach to achieve mutually agreeable resolutions involved in these high conflict and sensitive matters. I seek to utilize my experience to assist individuals and businesses to resolve their disputes outside the courtroom as a skilled mediator and arbitrator.

Extremely far from Honorable
Caused a police officer to kill himself. Was removed from the bench for trying to collect unemployment during covid while getting paid yo be on the bench. Very biased lawyer. Was told by my lawyer she told him she did what she wanted, because she knew those that appealed would end up back in her c...
It is absolutely untrue and incredibly horrible to state that about a police officer. Also I never would have said it anything close to what you Al ledge I said to your lawyer. You , as a disgruntled custody litigant , have made these false and libelous allegations before which the judicial conduct board of course dismissed. I am very sorry that you continue to struggle with the outcome of your case. I encourage you to get some counseling and hopefully you will be able to reconnect with your children again soon. While courts are no longer utilizing retired senior judges as much as they did before I am very much enjoying helping People resolve their cases through mediation and arbitration which is much less expensive and a more expeditious way to resolve cases than the judicial system.
