E. Ralph Godfrey

Attorney Godfrey has extensive trial, arbitration and mediation experience in motor vehicle and transportation accidents, slip and falls, personal injury claims, and commercial litigation. In addition to his litigation practice, Attorney Godfrey also handles family law matters including divorce, child custody and support as well as estate planning and adminstration. Prior to joining Kelly, Parker & Cohen, LLP, he was a partner in a mulit-state law firm firm where he represented individuals, companies, schools, govermental entities and insurance carriers. 

Attorney Godfrey is a graduate of the Pennsylvania State University, Smeal College of Business where he received his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Economics. He pursued his law degree at Widener University School of Law. He is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and Maryland, the United States District Court for the Western, Middle, Eastern Districts of Pennsylvania, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. He also handles a variety of matters before a number of Pennsylvania Administrative Agencies and the Pennsylvania Appellate Courts.
