No good. You will lose more than you can afford

Ken allowed my X to lie on the Discovery and hide another retirement that I should have had 1/2. (Consequently my X cheated me out of about $160,000.) Ten years later, when I got my retirement evaluated and found out (and that he let my X basically take 3/4 of the retireents and that I would have to ...pay him $1000/month when I retired) Ken pretended to fix it but was actually setting HIS mistake in stone and told me to just accept it. I eventually had to pay $12,to Scaringi-law (and take less retirement overall to get rid of paying my X significant /month) who had to go all the way back to 2003 and undo the mess Ken made.

Pa Divorce

I used Ken a few years ago as my divorce lawyer after interviewing others. What impressed me was his down to earth attitude along with an obvious self confidence. He made a difficult process bearable by keeping me grounded. My divorce took a couple of years to complete due to my EX dragging it out ...but came to agreeable solution in the end thanks to Ken. Besides giving me great advice, he did a bang up job in court at the contempt hearing against the EX. Not only was he professional but he got my Ex to admit to the pretty bad evidence against himself! The judge ruled in my favor! Oh, and my Ex had a really expensive lawyer that tried lieing about the expenses and finances. Ken did a great job on showing the truth. If I ever need a lawyer again, it's definitely Ken. I highly recommend him.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
