Mark represents clients in real estate and energy matters involving transactions, sale and acquisition of high value commercial portfolios and hotels, sheriff sales (both tax and foreclosure), title research and investment analysis, zoning, quiet title actions, litigation, debt restructuring, and formation of finance documents. His energy experience includes certified title opinions, investment structures, lease disputes, pipeline right of way issues, and project development issues.
