Peggy was not the first attorney I had discussed my situation with but was the last. She listened to my concerns, gave solid advice and explained how the law works in the state of PA. Many people including myself believe or hope if one party wrongs the other, that the innocent party is favored in a d...ivorce settlement which is not true. Peggy was very compassionate in dealing with some very sensitive areas and redirected me at times when I needed help to stay focused. The first hurdle we needed to overcome was custody of my two sons. Together we developed a strong custody case and at the end of the day the judge awarded me, the father, primary custody of the children. Next was the matter of the divorce which Peggy led me through and explained every detail step by step. We eventually came to terms once opposing counsel heard the words 'final offer'. No matter how you look at a divorce, it's a painful experience both emotional and financially. In my mind there are no real winners.... Peggy was involved in volunteer work and has recruited me to help as well which I really enjoy doing. Little did I know when I walked into her office over 4 years ago that I would be gaining a friend plus hiring an attorney.
