In his government law and regulatory affairs practice, Chris Carusone represents corporations and individuals during federal and state investigations, enforcement proceedings, and litigation. In his internal investigations practice, Chris Carusone conducts confidential investigations for Fortune 500 companies and other businesses into allegations of waste, fraud, and misconduct within the organization. In his energy and utilities practice, Chris Carusone represents oil and natural gas producers as well as related businesses in disputes with the Department of Environmental Protection, Office of Attorney General, and U.S. Justice Department. Finally, as a member of the Firm's Labor and Employment Group, Chris Carusone defends employers against claims of discrimination and harassment in proceedings before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission. Over the course of his career, Chris Carusone has tried over 50 jury trials to verdict and has represented clients in over 100 hearings before labor arbitrators and hearing officers. Chris Carusone has also argued cases in the Third Circuit Court of Appeals, U.S. District Courts, and the Pennsylvania Supreme Court.
