Biography
I have resided in south central Pennsylvania since 1992. Originally from Scranton, Pennsylvania, I obtained an undergraduate degree in History from the Pennsylvania State University and a Juris Doctorate from Dickinson School of Law in Carlisle, Pennsylvania. Prior to private practice, I served as senior counsel for a Harrisburg based IT firm for eight years. I also served over five years as an administrative law judge for the Pennsylvania Department of Public Welfare. As a licensed pilot, I spent time as a flight instructor, charter plane pilot and as first officer (co-pilot) for US Airways. In addition to my legal practice I own and manage residential and commercial real estate properties. I reside with my wife Kathy, son Ernest and two German Shepherds, Falko and Angel.
