Benjamin S. Fleming

Although custody, divorce, and separation often become emotionally charged and difficult, Ben Fleming works hard to minimize his client’s stress and the financial and emotional pain associated with these difficult issues. Bringing a unique perspective to the law from his time working in organizational development, he emphasizes collaborative and respectful interactions, with the goal of achieving fair and reasonable resolutions for all parties.

Ben also understands that the law can sometimes be difficult to understand. That is why he works closely with his clients to help them fully understand their rights, identify what options are available to them, and design a strategy that works best for their needs. In doing so, he earns his clients’ trust, prioritizing compassion and clear communication.

In his free time, Ben enjoys traveling the world, playing golf, and spending time with his family and friends.

Ben is a graduate of Dickinson College, in Carlisle, Pennsylvania, and the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. Prior to joining Colgan & Associates, he clerked for the Honorable Clyde W. Vedder in the York County Court of Common Pleas.
