I hired this attorney for a complicated divorce case. Within a month I knew I made a huge mistake retaining him and the firm of McNees Wallace and Nurick. Never in my life have I seen such gross incompetence and utter lack of responsibility. He talks a good game, but either can’t or won’t follow ...through with what he promises the client. At the end of the day, I lost thousands of dollars, had to retain another attorney, and basically start the case over again. What he is good at is racking up billable hours for no results. Awful attorney. Awful firm.
