Yeah, not sure what to make of dude. He said he'd take my case; I was to send him my evidence and he would send me prices. I thought it was weird so I only sent him half the evidence at first... just incase cause.. er something was fishy.. then.. bloop never heard from him again. After waiting two we...eks..and several texts later I called the bar. They gave me someone else. Like, you guys know we can leave reviews right? Derp.. would not recommend. I guess maybe I was boring.. sorry I'm not an exciting criminal... must have other "cool" things going on.. the bar gave me someone else and I actually won.. hmm imagine that. My faith is partially restored. So, he can have 2 stars.

Attorney DeStefano was wonderful. Although he could not take all of my calls, he always let me know when something came up with my case and mailed me anything that he received for my case. He really cared about my case and made sure I knew all the possible outcomes so there was no surprises. I would ...recommend him to anyone!

I retained Mr. DeStefano for a custody matter. He would respond to emails weeks, or not at all, after I sent them. Phone calls were routinely ignored. His company charges $70 to send one fax. He showed up for hearing with no paperwork and asked me the questions that he should ask while in the hearing.... Did not present all of my evidence in court. This man says he cares, yet makes zero effort. Be warned. Almost $10,000 spent on this man and ended up with less than what I had prior!
