Duane P. Stone

Duane is an excellent lawyer with a excellent knowledge of PA State HOA law. He has been able to legally recoup delinquent fines and fees for our HOA. He has won every case for us when it has been necessary to go to court. He has correctly given us advice over the nearly 8 years he has been the att...orney for our HOA. He returns phone calls to our Board and to lot owners within the HOA. Duane helped the Executive Board - in the early days and months of the Board managing our HOA - to draft working templates for non-compliance and other needed ongoing templates for a wide variety of letters and for other HOA documents. Duane has worked with clients to create effective payment plans for delinquent lot owners and to pay fines for non-compliance. In addition, there have been times when he has waived some of his own fees to better enable lot owners to pay their HOA indebtedness. So he also works with compassion when a certain situation warrants such compassion.
