His guidance, understanding, and interpretation of Rules and Regulations led discussions and showed the path needed to win or to further review facts. Duane is an excellent lawyer with a excellent knowledge of PA State HOA law. He has been able to legally recoup delinquent fines and fees for our HOA. He has won every case for us when it has been necessary to go to court. He has correctly given us advice over the nearly 8 years he has been the attorney for our HOA. He returns phone calls to our Board and to lot owners within the HOA. Duane helped the Executive Board - in the early days and months of the Board managing our HOA - to draft working templates for non-compliance and other needed ongoing templates for a wide variety of letters and for other HOA documents.
