I entered a case agreement in January 2013 and paid a retainer to have my case started. After numerous unreturned phone calls and nothing being done I reset and appointment December 2014 and was at that point just planning to have my retainer returned. Two years of waiting is unexceptable business pr...actice to nearly any company. After setting a new appointment a complaint was filed against the defendant and a phone call was made to this lawyer offering a poor settlement. In the ensuing three months since numerous calls have been made and I finally stopping calling after being told "he is with a client" or out of the office. Voicemails that I left from over two weeks ago have yet to be returned to me. I feel this lawyer has no interest in doing this case despite taking my payments. I would highly recommend anyone needing a lawyer to not use McKnight law firm
