I, unfortunately was dealing with a horrific situation with CYS. They were a nightmare to deal with for several months and forced me into signing paperwork with the threat of taking my kids from me, even after doing everything that was asked of me. Once having a consult with Erin Kraska, there was no... question in my mind I needed to hire her. As soon as they (cys) were notified that she was representing me, they immediately withdrew their court petition and came to lift my “safety plan”.
