Cara Ann Boyanowski

Cara did nothing to progress the case and was not experienced, or knowledgeable, in PFA, Custody, or divorce law. She was easily manipulated by the other lawyer in the case. She expected information to fall into her lap and court to come easily. She avoided tough conversations and would avoid pho...ne conversations. Her legal advice set back court hearings months because she would not take the time to prepare. She was paid exorbitantly with no results. A new lawyer did in less than 2 weeks, for 1/10th of what was paid to Cara with actual results.

Cara was all about waiting and letting co-council dictate upcoming dates and terms. After hiring her for my case she proceeded to make matters worse while blowing through her retainer. She would not pick up the phone for a conversation but instead would send 75 emails and charge for each individu...al one even though most were following up on previous messages.

Cara is a compassionate and talented lawyer. She took on my case after it had lingered for several years with another attorney and she did a great job. There was no way to fix the bad decisions of the past but she found a way to get a better resolution for me. This case is one of the worst types for ...a lawyer to take on because it had been mismanaged, dragged on for years and it was a dumpster fire of hostility. She addressed the issues with a grounded, fact based approach that was results oriented and sensitive to her customer’s finances. I am grateful for Cara’s support and would recommend her for others going through divorce proceedings.

Attorney Boyanowksi represented me throughout my divorce proceedings. It was an exceedingly difficult time in my life and I could not have asked for a better attorney.
