To start, Brian is a great guy, down to earth, easy to talk to and listens to everything you have to say. Your level of pressure will go from sky high, nerve racking to very manageable after your first conversation because he knows the law and the reality of your charges. I’ve had 2 situations in th...e last 8 years that called for hiring an attorney and both times I’ve gone with Brian. The old saying “you get what you pay for” could not be more true when selecting an attorney. In my first situation I was facing 8 years in state prison and fines that could exceed $20,000. I ended up serving 1 year of open probation and a total of $3k in fines. Second situation, 6 years and $15k - I received 1 year probation plus court costs. No matter what Brian’s fee is it will never equal what he saves you in the long run because it’s not about the money, it’s about your freedom. How do you put a price tag on that?
