BANKRUPTCY. Atttorney Tyler reviewed a discharged bankruptcy from 2008.

Tyler reviewed a bankruptcy that was discharged in August 2008. Several mistakes had been made on the original bankruptcy. In general, I viewed attorneys with suspicion. Taking money and not completing the work. Attorney Tyler reviewed the schedules on the 2008 bankruptcy and confirmed what I ha...d suspected. The former attorney had not filed the petitions with my county court. These petitions were exceptions granted in the original bankruptcy. Other attorneys made me feel inadequate to understand the proceedings. Brian Tyler complimented me on my organizational skills of the proceedings and explained the documentation that I took to his office. Frannkly, Tyler is a down to earth man who cares about the client first without regard to the immediate cost to himself. He made certain that I understood the PROCESS and was able to direct me to complete important considerations. Call Tyler FIRST! If you suspect the need for bankruptcy, you will be pleasantly surprised with his deliberate interest in you personally. Thanks Attorney Tyler! Sincerely, Leo Shellenberger Beaver Springs, PA

Not the average attorney!

Everyone in the office is great, unlike any lawyer's office I've experienced. Atty. Tyler really knows what he is doing and is able to explain things so that I understand. I'm glad I took the time to consult with him. The initial consultation was almost 90 minutes and very informative. It seemed a...s if when I left, a ton of stress, shame, and confusion was lifted from my shoulders. Anyone struggling with debts and uncertain where to turn next should at least consult with someone in the office.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
