On August 1, 2016, Rich Raleigh and Wilmer & Lee, P.A. won a victory for their client, Integ ... rated Mission Support Services, LLC (“IMSS”). The controversy involved a small business size appeal for a combined support services contract for NASA and the U.S. Air Force at Patrick AFB, FL. The victory was achieved at the Small Business Administration’s Office of Hearings & Appeals (“OH&A”). The controversy that was favorably resolved for IMSS is part of a broader lawsuit pending before the United States Court of Federal Claims. Leading the effort were Wilmer & Lee, P.A. attorneys Jerry Gabig, Drew Dill and Rich Raleigh.
