I hired him for my custody case. He did not use a majority of the information provided to him as evidence, he did not call witnesses necessary to give a true understanding of what was happening, and he underestimated the opposing counsel. He also did not prep the witnesses or myself until an hour before trial, and we ran out of time. I gave him every piece of information that could be used against me and he told me that it wouldn’t hurt my case. He effectively lost me time with my children. Then, when the opinion and order came, rather than provide me the courtesy of calling, he emailed it to me. I would never recommend him to anyone.
