Careless driving and maximum Speed limits

My god where do I begin. I screwed up really badly. Driving over 100 mph to see my gf whom I hadn't had a conversation face to face with in three months. I was pulled over and given two citations: careless driving which caries a 3 point penalty and a $90 fine; and a maximum speed limits ticket that c...arries 5 points and $255 fine. This was the second time in 10 months I had received a maximum speed limits ticket (I know, extremely stupid, and most would agree that what I was charged with was fair and perhaps not strict enough). As a 20 year old chemistry major, having over 11 points (which is what I would be looking at) means a suspension as well as most likely being dropped from the insurance company until my driving record was clear (12/3points per year + 1 year without any driving citation = 5 years till my slate is clean). That is simply a life changer. I'd have to look for new work, a new place to live and potentially a permanent bike route to school for 5 years. I hired Wayne, or should I say my father did. We went to court today and despite my driving history, the judge dismissed my careless driving charge along with reducing my speed to 30 mph over the limit. I still get 5 points but I avoided the departmental hearing associated with 31+ mph over. I now have 9 points on my lisence and will remove two with a point assessment examination. At 7 points it will take 3 years to have 0 points on my lisence and a fourth year to completely expunge my record. This is way better than I could have ever hoped!!! I seriously could not have done it without Mr. Bradburns help. He saved my ass and I'm confident, he can save yours too. For people worried about me being on the road: I recognize my carelessness and stupidity in this situation and have forfeited my right to drive unless in cases of education, employment or emergency. The rule of the 3 E's. Similarly the rule of the 7 P's applies not only to my driving offense but also to Mr. Bradburns methods: prior proper planning prevents piss poor performance. I was ill prepared to pick my girlfriend up from the airport and resulted in me being extremely delayed and then speeding. Mr. Bradburn was extreme prepared for our court hearing This morning, he had collected enough facts and information, contactd the citing officer and got both of us there with plenty of time to work out some level of agreement before the trial started. If you're in need of a lawyer; perhaps you've done something a bit stupid and foolish, or you've majorly screwed up, Mr. Bradburn is exactly the person I would talk to first. I will be sure to use his services if ever needed in the future! For anyone else who has not been stupid and careless, take it from me: you may not realize but were not bad people. Some of us just have poor judgement at times. We honestly never have the intent of harming or scaring another person, on or off the road. For everyone who has done something careless and or stupid, take it from me: I understand. Wrong place, wrong time wrong day. But if you can help it, be safe. A stupid incident of speeding way too fast is not worth completely restructuring your life. And if you're going to be stupid and careless any way might I make 2 suggestions: be safe by getting the proper equipment to do what you're doing, and have a damn good lawyer who knows exactly what he's doing, like Mr. Bradburn. Thank you Mr. Bradburn, I am forever grateful and I hope our paths can cross in a less law heavy manner. You're truly a great lawyer and wonderful guy!

DUI case

I would highly recommend Wayne Bradburn to defend you. I was charged with a DUI in PA in which the arresting officer lied on the police report and did not follow proper procedures. Most lawyers in the area basically said you won't win so I contacted Wayne and his partner Marc Decker from State Coll...ege, PA and they were very knowledgeable, helpful and professional. Due to their due diligence and expertise my DUI was dropped completely and I only received a misdeamenor. Definitely recommend they are awesome and also keep you in the loop on your case. Very pleased! Thank you Wayne and Marc so much !

Highly Recommend

Mr. Bradburn is not only a knowledgeable lawyer, but a great communicator and an effective problem-solver. Once I was referred to Mr. Bradburn, he immediately began closely working with me to formulate a strategic plan and suitable, practical steps toward resolution. He is available for questions, d...iscussions, and reassurances at most reasonable times and always returns phone calls or other communications. Due to his timeliness and dedication, we achieved a very desirable resolution and I am very grateful to Mr. Bradburn and his firm. I would recommend Mr. Bradburn to anyone in need of his services in Pennsylvania and having left the state previous to my need of his services, I can attest to his effectiveness in dealing with issues remotely on your behalf.

I'm more than just another case

This person is a lawyer that I would recommend to anyone. Upon first meeting him, I established a trustworthy rapport. One of which you not only need to help the situation, but one for yourself so you feel comfortable and confident given the circumstances. He not only had handouts and printouts for m...e upon our meetings and scheduled visitations, but he explained it all to me on a level I could understand. That says more about a person than most care to understand or admit. At a moments notice, he would drop whatever he was doing to assist me in answering questions to reassure me, or meet with me to explain in further detail. It didn't matter what contact we kept, whether it be phone, email, or in person. He was extremely reliable and kept his word. That doesn't go to say things come up, because we are all human. Although, if he did have something, he gave me at least 48-72 hours sometimes even longer notice that he would need to reschedule. I can't express enough how knowledgeable this person is. He has he information and resources available to not only himself, but make his clients feel confident as well. After each meeting and court date, I was obviously confused but nervous as to what came next. He would reassure and calm me down beforehand, and then have a private meeting afterwards to explain what the upcoming turn of events would be. He wrote everything down, explained it, and gave the appropriate documents to assist me with the next scheduled date. There is much to be said about any given individual and well-known figure in the court of law, by not only how the act on the clock, but off the clock as well...he cares. He puts in the time and effort. I have no doubt in my mind about continuing having Wayne as my lawyer, and I'd recommend him in a heartbeat to the next person. I'm more than just a number or another case to him, I actually matter, which is more than most individuals can say about their lawyers they have now. I sincerely hope every person reads this and takes this into consideration when picking or recommending lawyers.
