Obtained her services for custody and traffic violation . Custody proceedings she has good repore with most judges. I did the work and provided all documentation.. compared to lawyer against us she was more prepared and carried herself ALOT better. 4 stars . Now traffic violation for allegedly ru...nning a stop light on Walton by Joe n Mary's.. .3 second turn which I 1 million percent didn't run. It resulted in 6 points some how because the cop didn't like that I knew my rights but somehow I had a 80 dollar past due fine balance over a decade old and spent memorial weekend in jail. (The fine notice was sent to an address In key west Florida. Thats not fishy at all) obtained her for a fight because I was innocent. This incident goes deeper but anyways. Foyer request for dash and proof of this alleged violation couldn't be obtain because the officer said the system was jammed and it didn't log him in . To many officers making false arrests at the same time. Anastasi says its his word against you and your witness. There was zero fight from Anastasi. She wanted no points .. i.wanted it dropped & justice served .....She took our money, knew how someone innocent was being railroaded and played ball with the cop . I was told I should be happy to have no points and just a fine . She felt I should have been grateful to have only been tyranized just a little, when in fact , how it all played out made me feel worse..I'd rather of fought & lost than to have never pushed for what was right!. She failed to care about actual Justice the ONLY reason her services were obtained. Instead made a quick buck . 2 stars for that . Solid lawyer. This is only the truth. Lawyers are EXPENSIVE and so vital to make the correct decision. It's only your life . That being said she's alot more fair than others when it comes to cost. She's also pleasant to work with , she is also very intelligent and will catch mistakes you may have made with your work . 4 stars for that! If you're looking for a good plea bargain she's worth the money. In fairness, once you're in the system, prosecutor's only care about thier record... not guilty or innocent.. but in terms of dollars to be had for the county and those equivelate to dollars and promotions for them. Cops have quotas . Once your in the big house its the closers turn to get conviction any means necessary almost. And nothing in place to keep them in check. Its so horrible All lawyers are aware of this. This is why it is super important to pick the right person for your battle. God bless . stay safe

I hired her for my daughter and I tried to reach her via phone and letter regarding my daughters case and never got a response back. I fired her before my daughter went to her court hearing. No communication from your attorney before your hearing is not professional. She wasn't very professional at t...he initial consultation. I do NOT recommend.

She showed up to court late dressed very unprofessional in what looked like dirty wrinkled clothes. She did not remember anything about my case and did not file a single motion that she said she would. I've heard stories about how her personal life interferes with her profession and it showed at my h...earing. WORST EXPEREINCE EVER with an attorney. I do not recommend her at all. Don't waste your money.
