Baby Girl
Gery is wonderful. I cant express enough gratitude. He took an innocent baby out of the arms of an abuser and in to the arms of her daddy. Right were she belongs. Long and hard fight for her, but thanks to all of Gery's compassion, dedication, knowledge.....

bad lawyer
nietupski represented me in two cases. In one case he told me that he had a witness to prove the case he never produce the witness. The other case he stood next to me in court and never said a word in my defense In both cases after I left the court room I never heard from him again.
