Michael is a very good attorney. He understands things well from both a practicle and complex standpoint. He has always treated me well and he acts ethically in his clients best interest. Michael thinks before he speaks and does a very good job in litigating should it be taken to that level. I wish I could justify having him work full time for my company.
I am a native of Erie. I attended Duquesne University Law School, where I had the honor of graduating first in my class. Following that, I worked for a large firm in Pittsburgh for 3 years. My wife Helen and I returned to Erie in 2001 to start our family, and are now blessed with 5 wonderful children.
I am fortunate to be a part of the third generation of Agresti lawyers in Erie, following in the footsteps of my grandfather Joseph and now working side by side with my father Charles and brother David.
My practice is general in nature, allowing me to represent clients over a number of areas of the law. I am equally capable and comfortable arguing a case to a jury as I am negotiating a complex business or real estate transaction.
As a fellow small business owner (Ice Center of Erie, ), I enjoy assisting small business owners and fully understand both the legal issues and business issues they face.
When I’m not practicing law, I enjoy spending time with my family, playing hockey and painting.
I would welcome the opportunity to become your trusted advisor and counselor.
