Satisfied

Brad worked with me to navigate the divorce process. He was knowledgable and sensitive. I felt confident in his representation and would recommend him.

Not your average lawyer!

Brad was such a pleasant and polite person to have been able to work with. From our first meeting to the last i felt a sense of trust and a spiritual comfort that I was being represented by someone whom I could trust and truly cared about my situation. Right from the beginning he was upfront that my... case (Divorce) would not be quick and easy but also not impossible. He never pressured me to make decisions and always encouraged me to remain positive and patient. The outcome of my case was favorable and he honored how I wanted it to be concluded. Also it was very easy to connect with Brad by phone or email. He was quick to respond if he wasn't immediately available to speak to. He was compassionate to the emotions that I was dealing with and gave me the encouragement to keep moving forward. I would highly recommend Brad and feel confident that you would not be disappointed with his services or his integrity as an individual.

The kind of attorney you want to have

I was looking for the “BEST” attorney I could find in Erie, PA when I read Mr. Enterline’s profile and reviews. I almost passed on him because his AVVO rating was only 7.4, which is “very good”, but I wanted the best. However, his years of experience history, fields of practice, and client reviews m...ade me give him a call him. After our discussion I decided to go with him and over time I learned Mr. Enterline is just the kind of attorney I was looking for. He routinely informs me of what’s going on without me having to call to follow up, doesn’t miss due dates, is well prepared for court hearings, and keeps me well prepared. He is very knowledgeable, persistent, honest, strategical, compassionate, understanding, and dependable. When I had an important hearing, he helped me understand what to expect and how to prepare the day before. During the hearing I was extremely nervous, but his calm attitude and soothing voice helped me speak to the judge without much trouble. He never stopped fighting on my behalf and in the end he won my case. Based on my experience with him I believe he could charge a higher hourly rate but I hope he keeps his rate the same so more people who need his help desperately can benefit from his great work and quality. I completely trust him and his expertise and would definitely use him as my attorney if I ever have the need again. I don’t know how AVVO develops their ratings but for sure Mr. Enterline should be at least a 9 out 10 rated attorney. AVVO, please fix that. Thank you!

Sensitive and Professional

Brad was an acquaintance that I met at church when my husband and I were happily married. When our marriage fell apart, I felt comfortable talking with him about divorce arrangements. He possesses the right balance of sensitivity, compassion, and professionalism. My ex opted for no lawyer, though Bra...d advised against this. Brad represented me. My ex trusted that Brad would make the necessary financial arrangements for the children and I without taking advantage of his generosity. Brad's representation gave me peace and comfort in what was a most difficult time.

Collaborative Divorce

I hired Attorney Enterline to represent me in a mutually agreeable collaborative divorce based upon the reviews found on this web site. After being a client for over year and billing fee of over $8000.00, these are my experiences; inaccurate billing, billing for service not rendered, billing to discu...ss errors found within the billing, unwillingness to correct those errors found within the billing, numerous unnecessary and unproductive attorney-client and professional team meetings, countless unnecessary delays. I requested Attorney Enterline to fulfill one of the two clearly stated items found within his contract, produce a separation agreement. He became defensive and immediately fired me as a client for NO just cause (a clear violation of the Pennsylvania Professional Code of Conduct). I would never recommend Attorney Enterline to anyone and I would stay clear of the collaborative divorce process that he participates in. Seek legal help elsewhere.

I am sorry that you did not have a positive experience. With regard to your concerns about inaccurate billing and/or errors in billing, I have a firm policy in not charging a client to review or correct any billing errors or concerns. If you believe that any of the time entries were inaccurate or erroneous, please contact me directly and I would be happy to review and correct any errors. Furthermore, I will also, in any client matter, submit the matter of any unresolved disputed fees to the local Fee Dispute Committee and would agree to have their determination be binding upon me, even if they require that I return all or a portion of the fee. I believe the client should be able to direct the progress and direction of the case. I will however advise the client if I believe the course of action should be avoided or, where it maybe a poor use of resources such as when I have been advised that a proposed agreement will be rejected. As to the termination, in a collaborative case, the termination of the process is rare and generally only done where the entire professional team unanimously determines that continuing in the process is no longer effective or efficient. That team is often made up of two lawyers, two therapists who act as a collaborative coach, a child specialist, and a CPA who serves as the financial neutral. I do wish you and your family the best and hope that you are able to resolve any remaining issues effectively and without excessive cost.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
