Thank you!

Attorney Enterline was attentive, thorough and patience throughout my entire case. His years of experience gave me comfort when issues became difficult and he could reassure me of how we should handle each step. He handled my case very well!

Very unprofessional

Unfortunately my experience having Bradley K. Enterline as my lawyer was very negative and unprofessional. I was hoping that his experience would help me with my collaborative divorce but turned out that he was only misleading me by providing inaccurate information, unnecessary delays in requesting d...ocuments from the opposite side and many mistakes. He did not have my best interest in his work and caused unnecessary charges. He would make mistakes and when brought to his attention he would partially refund you but would find an excuse to charge you extra for another thing.

Dear Annonymous, I am sorry that you did not have a positive experience. I do my best to work hard for each client. Please feel free to reach out to me directly about any charges that you believe were not warranted and I would be happy to correct any mistakes. I would comment on your other concerns if I knew the specifics and/or your identity. Again, I always appreciate feedback (good or bad) to improve my services so please do not hesitate to call or email me directly. Thanks, Brad

Experienced, Smart, Dedicated, Accessible

I found the legal service that Brad Enterline provided to be of excellent value. The facts surrounding my divorce case were very unusual and difficult. He was extraordinarily helpful in resolving settlement issues, providing solutions that were of benefit to me as well as my ex-spouse. He brought a g...ood deal of humanity to the procedure while maintaining a high degree of professionalism. Throughout our two-year association, I thought of Brad as well-seasoned partner in a collaborative process -- someone willing to carefully consider my contentions and proposals while providing thoughtful legal advice and personal support in reaching a just and satisfactory settlement. Brad was available and responsive to developments in my case, even staying in touch after business hours when the need arose. And he always had an eye out to minimize the costs of settlement negotiations. I highly recommend Brad Enterline as an excellent attorney and, as something increasingly rare, a person of character.

I am sorry that you did not have a good experience. I encourage you to contact me personally to discuss these or any other concerns. Each client is important to me and on the morning of our 1PM conference, I was meeting with other clients. I unfortunately could not get back to you that morning, however we did have an opportunity to meet prior to the conference. My perception was that we had a productive meeting and a number of items were resolved and agreed to. You did not indicate at the conference any objection as to how the meeting was going. Upon your comment regarding billing, I did review your entire account history and found one charge regarding an email which has been removed and a refund was issued to you yesterday. Thank you for bringing that to my attention. I do wish you the best.

Collaborative Divorce

I hired Attorney Enterline to represent me in a mutually agreeable collaborative divorce based upon the reviews found on this web site. After being a client for over year and billing fee of over $8000.00, these are my experiences; inaccurate billing, billing for service not rendered, billing to discu...ss errors found within the billing, unwillingness to correct those errors found within the billing, numerous unnecessary and unproductive attorney-client and professional team meetings, countless unnecessary delays. I requested Attorney Enterline to fulfill one of the two clearly stated items found within his contract, produce a separation agreement. He became defensive and immediately fired me as a client for NO just cause (a clear violation of the Pennsylvania Professional Code of Conduct). I would never recommend Attorney Enterline to anyone and I would stay clear of the collaborative divorce process that he participates in. Seek legal help elsewhere.

I am sorry that you did not have a positive experience. With regard to your concerns about inaccurate billing and/or errors in billing, I have a firm policy in not charging a client to review or correct any billing errors or concerns. If you believe that any of the time entries were inaccurate or erroneous, please contact me directly and I would be happy to review and correct any errors. Furthermore, I will also, in any client matter, submit the matter of any unresolved disputed fees to the local Fee Dispute Committee and would agree to have their determination be binding upon me, even if they require that I return all or a portion of the fee. I believe the client should be able to direct the progress and direction of the case. I will however advise the client if I believe the course of action should be avoided or, where it maybe a poor use of resources such as when I have been advised that a proposed agreement will be rejected. As to the termination, in a collaborative case, the termination of the process is rare and generally only done where the entire professional team unanimously determines that continuing in the process is no longer effective or efficient. That team is often made up of two lawyers, two therapists who act as a collaborative coach, a child specialist, and a CPA who serves as the financial neutral. I do wish you and your family the best and hope that you are able to resolve any remaining issues effectively and without excessive cost.
