John Mir

We hired John Mir via Coldwell Bankers as a real estate Attorney. He did 3 closing for us and all of them were cash deals so they were quick. We consulted him again for a few other matters which were land lord and tenant based, finally we decided to hire him on a case where we were getting letters fr...om an Attorney who was representing one of our previous tenant who we had evicted due to non payment of rent, he was claiming that he got hurt on our property. So we consulted with John Mir and hired him, since we were comfortable with him and he had done our quite a few previous transactions for us. He asked us for initial deposite of $500 which we paid him. After a few months passed and we needed him for a few another transaction. He tried to call him several times but there was no response, stopped by to his office but he never called us back, now we have left him over 10 messages but we can't get him to return our calls. The letters from the Attorney has stopped but it is so odd not hearing back from an attorney where we had given him so many cases. We don't know what to do, we have tried everything to reach him but can't get through, isn't he suppose to return our calls or provide us with a invoice of what he has done with our money.
