I originally hired Eric almost two years ago with a criminal retail theft case. He did an amazing job to say the least! He was always there when I had questions and gave me straight answers. Two years ago he got me a very favorable sentence and just recently I had to hire him again for a new case. Again as before he was there for me and was very straightforward with everything. Again he got me a very very favorable sentence. I would recommend him to everyone and if I ever needed help again he would be my first phone call. Definitely a 5 star attorney!

Eric has been there for my for the past 6 years I can't thank him enough. He has made very light lifting out of some serious work. Wish I could do more than just a review.

My ex-girlfriend and mother of my child filed a completely false PFA against me, claiming physical abuse and suggesting sexual abuse. I immediately lost custody of my baby because of the temporary PFA. I was crushed. Eric agreed to meet with me immediately and we went over every detail of my case. He told me exactly what I needed to gather, take pictures, get phone logs, text messages to copy - and we requested a hearing before the Judge. Even though I was ready to testify, after Attorney Mikovch cross-examined my ex-girlfriend into tears, he exposed her many, many lies and the case was over right there. I didn't even need to testify. The Judge told my ex there is no abuse here, this is not a PFA case - this is a custody issue. The Judge denied the final PFA requested by my ex against me and I won. I was immediately allowed to see my child after our day in court, and I have hired Eric's law firm and the attorney he put me in contact with to pursue custody of my child. Eric saved me and my relationship with my daughter.

I was arrested for a 3rd DUI. I hired Attorney Eric Mikovch and was looking at a mandatory minimum of one year in state prison. He got my "Refusal" tossed out of court and my DUI reduced down from Highest Rate BAC to General Impairment. I thought my life and career was over. I am very grateful I hired Eric Mikovch as my Defense Attorney. He is very diligent and very brilliant.

I was arrested for three DUIs in a matter of 6 months. I hired Attorney Mikovch. He handled all three cases and ultimately consolidated them into one day before the Judge. I was terrified, but Attorney Mikovch performed a miracle - I received electronic monitoring with no jail. I have not had a drop of alcohol and my life goal is to never drink again. I thought I was headed to state prison. I am very thankful I hired Attorney Mikovch. He literally gave my life a second chance.

I was a first time offender I was charged in a drug case , conspiracy with 4 other felony counts and 4 misdemeanor counts. Well I was out on ROR I caught another docket which included pharmaceuticals, which held 3 felony counts and 3 misdemeanor counts remember I caught this docket well awaiting sentencing.
I fired my first lawyer because he offered me 1 year probation and 6 month's house arrest for just first before I got 2nd well on ror. So I hired Eric, I declined the offer the da offered me because I would of been a felon under the age of 23!
With both dockets and being a first time offender since I was never proven guilty when I caught second case. So after 7 felonies & 7 misdemeanors, I was charged with one ungraded misdemeanor.
The lawyer before Eric told me there was no way I was not going to be a felon... But Eric did that for me and I am forever great fun people make bad choices and hangout with the wrong people and become a felon at 20 year's old I'm happy that wasn't me due to Eric!!! Thank you.

Attorney Mikovch is one of the Managing Partners for the Quinn Law Firm, the third largest law firm in the Northwest Pennsylvania Region located in Erie, PA. He is responsible for managing the business of the firm, the attorneys, along with his own practice areas. He welcomes the opportunity to discuss any legal issue over the telephone, FREE OF CHARGE, to see if he or one of his attorneys may be able to help. In almost every instance, he is prompt to respond to any legal question and will outline in detail if his law firm may be able to help. Attorney Mikovch will be candid if he believes their legal services will not assist a case and respectfully decline representation. It is extremely comforting to be able to speak with one person that will consider any legal issue, and if legal services can be provided, he will either handle it himself or connect you with the right attorney at his office with the legal resources to back up the first-rate, quality, legal representation desired.

Millcreek Township Police accused me of aggravated assault and other charges. I did not do any of this, and the person accusing me was completely lying. Attorney Mikovch worked for weeks digging into the facts of my case, interviewing possible witnesses, reviewing documents, and preparing questions to ask the liar. At my hearing, Attorney Mikovch cross examined the victim for almost an hour. When he was done, the District Judge threw out my entire case. The lies were exposed only because Eric's ability to trap and catch the witness contradicting himself time and time again. All charges were dismissed. Thank you Eric! I told you I will send all of my friends and family to you if they need a lawyer,

I was wrongly accused of a crime. It took the State Police almost one year to charge me. Through the recommendation of one of my co-workers, I contacted Attorney Eric Mikovch. Eric called me back, immediately set up an appointment, and instructed me not to discuss my case or make any additional statements to the po-po. I went to a hearing. Eric cross-examined the cops, witnesses, and the alleged victim. At the end of the hearing, the case against was dismissed in its entirety.

I was charged with DUI. I was facing a mandatory minimum of 1 year jail time, likely state prison. Attorney Mikovch handled my preliminary hearing, conducted discovery, and filed a motion to suppress the evidence in my case. At my suppression hearing, the Judge agreed with Attorney Mikovch and stated the police violated my constitutional rights. The evidence in my case was thrown out, and the District Attorney's Office did not appeal the judges decision. I walked out of the courthouse with my freedom, family, and job all still apart of my life. I have not had a drop of alcohol since. My last chance will not be wasted.
