Eric J. Mikovch

Millcreek Township Police accused me of aggravated assault and other charges. I did not do any of this, and the person accusing me was completely lying. Attorney Mikovch worked for weeks digging into the facts of my case, interviewing possible witnesses, reviewing documents, and preparing questions... to ask the liar. I was wrongly accused of a crime. It took the State Police almost one year to charge me. Through the recommendation of one of my co-workers, I contacted Attorney Eric Mikovch. I worked with Eric on my case for 10 months +. I was charged with terrible felony and misdemeanor charges based upon a completely inadequate and substandard police investigation.
