Charges completely dismissed at my Preliminary Hearing

Millcreek Township Police accused me of aggravated assault and other charges. I did not do any of this, and the person accusing me was completely lying. Attorney Mikovch worked for weeks digging into the facts of my case, interviewing possible witnesses, reviewing documents, and preparing questions... to ask the liar. At my hearing, Attorney Mikovch cross examined the victim for almost an hour. When he was done, the District Judge threw out my entire case. The lies were exposed only because Eric's ability to trap and catch the witness contradicting himself time and time again. All charges were dismissed. Thank you Eric! I told you I will send all of my friends and family to you if they need a lawyer,

Charges dismissed. Thank-you!

I was wrongly accused of a crime. It took the State Police almost one year to charge me. Through the recommendation of one of my co-workers, I contacted Attorney Eric Mikovch. Eric called me back, immediately set up an appointment, and instructed me not to discuss my case or make any additional st...atements to the po-po. I went to a hearing. Eric cross-examined the cops, witnesses, and the alleged victim. At the end of the hearing, the case against was dismissed in its entirety.

Excellent Attorney - highly recommend the services of Eric J. Mikovch, Esquire.

I was charged with DUI. I was facing a mandatory minimum of 1 year jail time, likely state prison. Attorney Mikovch handled my preliminary hearing, conducted discovery, and filed a motion to suppress the evidence in my case. At my suppression hearing, the Judge agreed with Attorney Mikovch and sta...ted the police violated my constitutional rights. The evidence in my case was thrown out, and the District Attorney's Office did not appeal the judges decision. I walked out of the courthouse with my freedom, family, and job all still apart of my life. I have not had a drop of alcohol since. My last chance will not be wasted.

Can I get a "Not Guilty!"

Amazing trial skills, negotiating skills and commitment to preparation. Responsive to client questions/concerns, and personally relates well with all of his clients.

Need Legal Help? Atty Mikovch is the one to call.

I worked with Eric on my case for 10 months +. I was charged with terrible felony and misdemeanor charges based upon a completely inadequate and substandard police investigation. They (police) had convicted me in their eyes even before I was charged. Eric took my case to a jury trial in Erie County t...hat lasted approx. three days. He destroyed the credibility of the police detective that charged me, and he overwhelmed this police detective with cross examination and use of discoverable police reports. Attorney Mikovch destroyed the star prosecution witness on cross examination and exposed her as a liar, and used the prosecution's own child forensics expert Dr. on cross examination to our advantage to prove I could have not committed the crimes. The jury deliberated for only 45 minutes and came back with a verdict of Not Guilty on all criminal counts. I literally owe Eric my life.
