Mr. Hackwelder and Mr. Sebald both worked very diligently to a resolution of a very serious case. My son was accused of a crime that would have cost him his freedom and caused irreparable harm to his reputation and his family unit. A conviction would have led to certain alienation of his rights as a ...father. My son, a provider and a family man was accused by a third party with an obvious agenda. Both Hackwelder and Sebald did exactly as the indicated at our first meeting. They said that this case would end up dismissed and it was. They were able to successfully demonstrate to the district attorney that there was no way that this case would be successfully prosecuted because of the lack of evidence, improper conduct and the overt agenda of the accusing party. I hired Eric for someone who was facing serious felony charges. He is fairly young man with a young child who he absolutely adores. He had made mistakes and I didn't feel he needed to go to jail and be separated from that child. Eric was extremely helpful and actually you could tell that he took this... case personally because of all of the time and effort he put into the case. He was always available to us and his family. When it came time for the sentencing we all thought he was going to jail. When the judge sentenced him to 3 years parole we were all extremely happy.
