I serve (and have served) in numerous leadership capacities of the Erie County Bar Foundation, the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Foundation and the Pennsylvania Bar Trust & Insurance Fund. My practice includes estate planning, representation of borrowers or lenders in business transactions, general business counsel, municipal and school district law.
