Jeffrey G. Herman

I am privileged to get to represent real people, hands-on.  People in my community, past clients and their family members come to me with a problem - usually quite serious, and I utilize the skills that I have acquired in college, law school and 20 years of hard-fought private practice to get them the best possible result.

I don't work for some company, big firm or bank.  Instead, we deliver competent and compassionate legal representation to the average citizen who is downtrodden -- whether they are in trouble with the police, the taxman, creditors, etc.

I was fortunate to get to live four years in Edinboro Pennsylvania and attend the University, graduating in 1994 with a degree in Political Science and American History.  I was accepted into the University of Akron School of Law and attended from 1995 through 1998 and graduated with a Juris Doctor.  I sat for the Pennsylvania Bar Exam in Harrisburg the Summer of 1998 and was blessed to have passed on the first try.

I live in the small, historic town of Waterford, Pennsylvania with my beautiful wife, Rebecca and the four children I am so lucky to have - Daniel (17), Elena (15), Kyra(13) and Gabrielle (11).  They all attend Fort LeBoeuf schools which are located in Waterford, Pennsylvania which is also the small community where my law firm, HERMAN & HERMAN is located in "The Old Bank" building downtown.

Those are the highlights, as with everybody, there is more to the story than just the high-points, I look forward to meeting you and completing your legal work for you.
