Walking clients through the process of wrapping up a loved one's financial and legal affairs, including inheritance tax matters, negotiating outstanding liabilities, and transferring property to beneficiaries and heirs.

This is really a subset of my general "planning" practice in which I help clients with making decisions about who they want to help them now or in the future with their financial or health matters and which powers and authorities to grant.

Helping to appoint decision makers and helpers for individuals who, for legal reasons, are unable to choose their own helpers with a power of attorney.
