What shouldve been a cut and dry case turned into my wife and I having to find out that Cassie Munsee, our lawyer at the time, was not trying to fight a custody battle for us but was trying to settle. When we found out, it was too late. Now it looks like we condoned it and we're stuck with shared cus...tody because theres no judge that will believe us and no attorney that can fight what has been done. We've reported her to the bar association. Theres no point hiring an attorney like her when shes likely friends with the opposing attorney anyway.

I had a protection from abuse order filed against in June of this year I did not even commit and the person who actually committed it told her to her face that they had did it not myself! She by missing the PFA hearing got a Restraining order ruled against me keeping from 9 visits with my twins we we...re devestated! She said she was out of town , but later slipped and said she was only in Knox she could have called me I would have went she said the Sheriffs Deputies could not locate her come on she is Rex Munsee the Sheriff’s daughter and they couldn’t locate her when I finally got to court it was thrown out because the actions the party that committed didn’t say anything so it did not even rise to the legal definition of a PFA. I missed time I will never get back with my children unnecessarily! She also dropped the ball in my custody case not bringing and submitting into evidence one document supporting me getting my children home! We did court prep and he day before for 2 hours the plan was to submit the evidence then my last words to her “Cassie do you have all the documents you need for court” she had all , but one which I sent her immediately when I got home why she did that I do not know now I risk not having my 7 year old twins for Christmas needless to say I am beyond devestated save yourself money and heartache she talks a big talk BUT does not walk a big walk!!
