Was able to determine that the serious injuries were not committed by my client. He did admit to the lesser crimes. I was able to show this information to the prosecutor and convince them that the les ... ser crime was more appropriate. In addition, I was able to convince the prosecutor to agree to a probation sentence even though he was facing a year and a half within the guidelines.
