Mark A. Mangiarelli

Mark was hired to close a land deal and do a combination deed upon the closing. When I went to build on the land I found this was never done costing additional money for my tax on this land and delaying the construction. When I did contact him and his response was he vaguely remembered this. He did... draw up the deed and offered to file this for my wife and myself. Because of his lack of detail I opted to file this myself feeling it would be done in a more timely fashion. This cost me time from work in which I received no compensation. I would not recommend Mark because of his lack of attention to details in a relatively simple transaction.
