I have tried dozens of cases, including trials in homicide, rape, sexual assault, internet porn, assault, robbery, arson, burglary, drug, aggravated assaults on Police, Meth labs, DUI and corrupt organizations.

I have handled all aspects of the divorce case from separation to trial to appeals. I try Protection from Abuse cases, domestic violence and contempt issues. I develop trial strategies and prepare discovery for interrogatories and inventory and appraisements. I have won appeals on equitable distribution,and intrinsic and extrinsic fraud in divorce.I handle all aspects of spousal and child support litigation including hiring of investigators and experts, accountants and realtors.

While in the past, custody litigation occurred between spouses, most cases today are between unmarried parties, same sex couples and grandparents versus their children over grandchildren. Recently, I obtained custody of a child for an unrelated couple against troubled biological parents. The more complex the case, the more interesting the results.

I have won appeals in the areas of Criminal law, Criminal Procedure, Search and Seizure, Custody and Support, Divorce and Equitable Distribution, Contempt of Court, Juvenile, Civil Commitment, Dependency, Termination of Rights and Zoning. I have argued before the Pennsylvania Superior, Commonwealth and Supreme Courts. I have also argued in front of the Federal Third Circuit of Appeals Court.
