I have to contact her repeatedly about every case I turn over to her, she does not return calls until at least the third call. She does not respond to emails until at least two follow-up calls are made. I have repeatedly asked her to cc me on all correspondence and court filings, yet have received no...thing except her "word" that the filings she is billing us for have been filed. If I saw any results from the "action" she is supposedly taking, it would be different, but there aren't even any results. Unfortunately, this appears to be the way the entire firm does business as she is the third one in the firm we have tried over the 70 some years we have been in business. Three strikes, they're out, I hired another attorney this morning. DMKCG clearly is so busy they do not need additional business.
