Terry Graffius

Dealt with Terry for a custody case. He promised things he never followed through with. Didn’t help in any way. Essentially laid down and died. Instead of fight for me. He also can in smelly funky every time. Which is an immediate red flag. He cares about money, nice suits, and flashy cars. Not about... you.

Terry is not great with any type of high conflict. He is poor with communication, self reflection or any sort of validation to the parties that paid him to represent them. He was trusted by family, so we took a shot, thinking ‘we’ve heard great things !’ Worst experience of my life. He allowed decisi...ons to be made without any proof on our end. He completely went silent and stopped replying to us MID case and played a major role in destroying our lives as it pertains to the ‘now’, unfortunately. I don’t write reviews or go out of my way, but to save someone the h*ll we just experienced, I am. Do not recommend for anything involving children, anything you care about losing or high conflict, ever.

Terry represented me in my divorce. He was professional, straightforward and did not sugarcoat anything. The divorce process took longer than I would have liked but that was due to an ex-husband who didn’t want to cooperate and the legal system in general. In the end I received a nice settlement ...and my divorce. I highly recommend Terry and will continue to seek legal advice from him as needed.

In hindsight, I would have saved myself time, money, and the stress if I had NOT hired Graffius. Errors were made on documents that I MYSELF pointed out but were not corrected. As a result, my case and grief drug on even longer due to resubmitting the corrected documents. Apparently, Mr. Graffiu...s needs to recognize and remember that the average person is not familiar with the details of legal proceedings and that IS THE VERY REASON that people hire lawyers!! I do not think it is expecting too much for a lawyer to be organized, clear and concise about what is needed from his/her clients, rather than condescending and seemingly annoyed when a client simply doesn't know. I would have saved myself at least 5 months of waiting and the money I paid for his " absentee service" had I just gone online and done most of the work myself.
