Had a criminal case that only involved ard in the end. Paid him 4000 as he requested . He told me it would be an easy case and he would refund my money that wasn't used. This was going on for 2 years. He showed up in court a total of 3 times for me and it was to just file paperwork. Then he didn't ha...ve to fight the judge for anything nor the state. I called him so many time at his office and on his cell. They tell me they will relay the message and I never get it. And he never calls me back. He told me several time he would go through paperwork to see what he owed me. He owes me no matter the 2000. And more than likely he owes me some of the other 2000. Worst attorney I ever had. Reported him to the state bar also.

He's not a bad guy, but is an individual that has no credibility, lacks spine and the ability to actually argue as an attorney should for what is right, just and fair. His ability to explain and advise his clients to make an educated decision on what to do during a trial/hearing is close to zero. Du...ring my case he was walked all over by the opposing party, made no research on how to defend his client and provided no feedback of the information he may have attained, so he can explain what needs to get done without wasting time. This is an honest review and I hope whomever hires this gentleman has a better experience than what I had since I had to fire him due to is lack of professionalism as an attorney and his inability to achieve any kind of result, costing me thousands of dollars, my sanity and unfortunately my job. Thanks a lot Michael and Merry Christmas for doing nothing for me.
