I highly recommend Attorney Michael Filia. I got a criminal record that dates back to 1979. I got a DUI (5th) and of course was scared was out of my mind. Had a criminal case that only involved ard in the end. Paid him 4000 as he requested . He told me it would be an easy case and he would refund my money that wasn't used. This was going on for 2 years. He showed up in court a total of 3 times for me and it was to just file paperwork. Then he didn't ha...ve to fight the judge for anything nor the state. I called him so many time at his office and on his cell. They tell me they will relay the message and I never get it. And he never calls me back. He told me several time he would go through paperwork to see what he owed me. He owes me no matter the 2000. And more than likely he owes me some of the other 2000. Worst attorney I ever had. Reported him to the state bar also.
