Undeniably the best money I have ever spent on legal services. After months of waiting approval for Medicaid approval for my father and his pending sale of assets, Attorney Presser walked me through of the documentation needed, explained what I needed to do, and processed all relevant information to the caseworker (who is impossible to reach) for conclusion of this never ending nightmare. I was working with the nursing home staff who are knowledgeable and months ago I asked them if I should get an attorney. There answer was no. Big mistake on my part. My advice to anyone that has to place someone in a nursing home and if you begin to have problems with the Dept. of Human Services, Caseworker, or Medicaid issues, contact Attorney Presser immediately.
