David J. Weaver

Attorney Weaver was awarded the Bronze Star for heroic/meritorious achievement in combat in Viet Nam. He is also the author of the book, "Only Mortals can be Heroes." which is about bravery in a different sort of war: Drug Addiction. How fitting it is then that Attorney Weaver is true Hero in my eyes.... I hired Attorney David Weaver for a family member of mine, and he obtained amazing results, with a wonderful plea deal. No jail time for repeat DUI offenses, and other drug related charges; the outcome was better than expected. He has helped my friends and family immeasurably with the many legal problems created by their addictions, even avoiding mandatory jail time for violent felony charges. And, through his literary prowess, Attorney Weaver is also helping them to become heroes in their own eyes. Now, that's a Real Hero. And he is a veritable institution of 20 years in Jamestown. I cannot recommend Attorney Weaver strongly enough.
