Friendly, straight forward, and experienced. I had a few hour drive to my hearing, But was able to communicate via email and phone, so that my hearing was the only trip I would need to make. Tom made sure everything went as quickly as possible being I had been up all night from work, and that I would...n't need to make any other trips in the future. Best price I could find.
