I previously worked for a start-up accelerator program, so I am intimately familiar with the formation of business entities, and have assisted dozens of clients in forming LLC's, Partnerships, and Corporations in both Pennsylvania and Delaware.

My office has a comprehensive Estate Planning practice where we can assist clients of all ages in developing tax-advantaged strategies and planning for the future. I have experience in drafting both simple and complex Wills and Trusts.

My office handles a variety of family law and custody related issues. I have experience representing clients in complex divorce and custody proceedings, as well as emergency hearings and protection from abuse orders.

I have experience in representing both buyers and sellers in commercial and residential property. I will personally conduct the title examination, draft Deeds and Easements, and perform all closing functions for property throughout Pennsylvania.
